Question 1

What exactly does Heed do?

Accepted Answer

We're a presales creative agency that helps real estate developers with pre-construction marketing. We turn your floorplans into sales-ready 3D visuals, marketing collateral, and websites that help you sell your project faster, and for more.

In short: we hand you everything you need to start selling before construction begins.

Question 2

What can I expect from the call?

Accepted Answer

We’ll help you get clarity on what visuals or tools you actually need. Even if you don’t end up working with us, you’ll walk away with direction on how to present your project better.

Question 3

How do you know this will work for me?

Accepted Answer

We've delivered over 500 projects in the U.S., working with developers at every scale, from high six-figure builds to nine-figure developments. Before we start, we get on a call to understand your project, timeline, and goals.

If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you. No pressure either way.

Question 4

How does the guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

Your first week with Heed is risk-free. If it isn't the right fit, we'll refund you in full and release you from the contract.

Walk us through your project on a call, and we'll map out the visuals, collateral, and website you need to start selling. Even if you don't need all of it, we'll point you to the one thing worth starting with, so you're never overwhelmed.

Question 5

Why even pre-sell?

Accepted Answer

Whether you're building a single-family home or a multi-unit development, presales protect your project. For most U.S. developers, construction financing depends on it. For smaller builds, it locks in your buyer, your price, and your timeline before you ever break ground.

Strong presales unlock financing, lock in pricing, and de-risk the project. Weak presales stall everything. The earlier you sell, the better your project performs.

Question 6

What do I need to have to get started?

Accepted Answer

Just your project blueprints and a vision. We'll handle the rest.

Get on a call with our team, walk us through your project, and we'll map out exactly what you need to start selling.

Question 7

What makes this different from other options?

Accepted Answer

Most agencies sell you renderings. Some sell you false promises of appointments and leads. We sell you a presales engine. We're built around one thing: helping developers sell before construction.

That means our visuals, copy, and websites all work together toward the same outcome: units sold, financing unlocked, project moving. You're not hiring a vendor. You're hiring a partner who's done this 500+ times.

Question 8

What happens after the call?

Accepted Answer

If it's a fit, we'll send over a tailored quote with suggested next steps. If not, you'll still leave with clarity on how to move forward with your project.
